Delete Your Account

MINSOS app by Tecsoui Technologies Private Limited

You can ask us to delete your MINSOS account and your personal data at any time, from the app or by email. Your request is completed within 15 days.

Option 1 — In the MINSOS app

Patients

Open the MINSOS app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and tap Setting.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Tap Delete My Account to confirm.

Doctors

Open the MINSOS app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.

Option 2 — By email

If you can't sign in to the app, email privacy@minsos.net from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my MINSOS account". We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting the account.

What is deleted

Your login — you won't be able to sign in with this account again
Your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth and profile photo
Health records and documents you uploaded, and your record folders
Medicines, medicine reminders and intake history
Vitals and medical history
Insurance policies, claims and their documents
Investments you added
Nominees and nominee invitations, emergency contacts and doctor access permissions
Nominee plan subscriptions, notifications and login sessions

What is kept, and for how long

Some records must be kept by law. They are no longer linked to your name, email or phone number, and are permanently deleted when the period ends.

If you are someone else's nominee, deleting your account removes your login but does not delete that patient's own records.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual records, documents, medicines, insurance policies, investments and nominees yourself at any time from the matching screen in the app. For anything else, email privacy@minsos.net.
