1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, registering, or using the Minsos application or website (minsos.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. About Minsos
Minsos is a healthcare management platform that connects patients, doctors, pathologists, nominees, and caregivers. It is operated by Tecsoui Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, India.
Important: Minsos is a technology platform, not a medical provider.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions — including consultations, prescriptions, diagnoses, and referrals — are made solely by licensed medical professionals registered on the platform. Minsos has no control over and no liability for clinical decisions made by doctors or other healthcare professionals.
3. Eligibility
You may use Minsos only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are accessing the platform from India or from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is legal
- You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law
- You have not previously been banned from the platform
Healthcare professionals (doctors, pathologists, radiologists) must additionally hold:
- Valid registration under the National Medical Commission (NMC), formerly MCI, or the relevant state medical council
- All required local licences and registrations to practise in their jurisdiction
By registering as a healthcare professional, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
4. User Roles & Responsibilities
4.1 Patients
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all health information, documents, and records you upload
- You grant access to nominees at your sole discretion — you are responsible for this decision
- You are responsible for using the SOS feature appropriately and not triggering false alarms
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person
4.2 Doctors
- You confirm you hold a valid, current NMC/MCI registration and are legally permitted to practise
- You agree to comply with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020 (MoHFW) in every consultation conducted via Minsos
- You are solely and fully responsible for all clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and referrals
- You must not prescribe Schedule X drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances via telemedicine
- Minsos provides a digital workspace only — we do not provide clinical decision support tools
4.3 Pathologists
- You confirm your laboratory holds valid NABL accreditation or applicable regulatory approval
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of test results uploaded to the platform
- You must not upload results for tests that were not conducted by your laboratory
4.4 Nominees
- You may access patient records only as authorised by the patient who granted you access
- Your access is read-only — you may not modify, delete, or add to a patient's records
- You must not share, copy, screenshot, or distribute a patient's health records to any third party
- Your access may be revoked by the patient at any time
5. Medical Disclaimer
Minsos is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health provider regarding any medical condition, symptoms, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read, received, or accessed on Minsos.
In case of a medical emergency, call 112 (India Emergency Services) immediately. The Minsos SOS feature is a supplementary alert tool — do not rely on it as your sole means of accessing emergency services.
6. SOS Feature
The SOS feature sends an alert with your GPS location to your registered emergency contacts via WhatsApp. By activating and using this feature:
- You consent to your real-time GPS location being shared with your registered emergency contacts
- You consent to WhatsApp messages being sent to those contacts on your behalf at the time of an SOS event
- You understand that Minsos is not responsible for the response time, availability, or actions of your emergency contacts
- You understand that the SOS feature requires an active internet connection and GPS access — it may not function in areas with no connectivity
- Minsos is not a substitute for calling 112 — always call emergency services in a life-threatening situation
Misuse of SOS.
Repeated false SOS triggers may result in account suspension. Deliberately triggering false SOS alerts that cause distress to emergency contacts may constitute an offence under applicable Indian law.
7. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
- GST is applied where required under Indian tax law.
