Nominee access

Give your family secure access to your health records

A nominee is someone you trust — a spouse, a child, a parent — who can step in when you cannot. MINSOS lets you choose them in advance, so your family is not searching for files and policy numbers during a crisis.

  • You choose who gets access
  • Remove a nominee any time
  • Nominees are alerted on SOS

What a nominee can do

See your health records

Nominees can view the records you keep on MINSOS, so they can speak to a doctor on your behalf.

Find your insurance policies

Your saved policies and their renewal dates are visible to your nominee when a claim or renewal comes up.

Help with medicines

A nominee can add medicines for you — useful for elderly parents who need help keeping track.

Be alerted in an emergency

When you trigger SOS, your nominees are among the people who are notified.
